Acceptance of Terms

Services
a. TargetBoost will provide digital marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon contract or proposal.
b. TargetBoost reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with reasonable notice to the client.
Client Responsibilities
a. The client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and access required for the Company to perform its services effectively.
b. The client is responsible for ensuring that all content provided complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Payments and Fees
a. The client agrees to pay all fees and charges as outlined in the contract or proposal.
b. Payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in a suspension of services.
c. TargetBoost reserves the right to modify fees and charges with reasonable notice to the client.
Intellectual Property
a. All intellectual property created during the course of providing services, including but not limited to website designs, content, and advertising materials, shall remain the property of TargetBoost until full payment has been received.
b. Upon full payment, the client will have a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for the specified purpose outlined in the contract.

Limitation of Liability
TargetBoost shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with its services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of IT company, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
